Vetting while I'm still on the phone with the driver

I dispatch eight trucks, so I'm the one who has to clear everybody before a wheel turns. Used to be three tabs and the better part of an hour per new broker. Now I check while I'm still on the phone with the driver. Not everything I want is on there, and some days I still go digging on my own. But for the everyday "who is this, do we run with them," it's the first thing I open.
