Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LoadWrap ("LoadWrap", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform operated by Accordion Investments LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage, pixels, and server log files) when you visit loadwrap.com and use our platform and services ("Services"). It explains what these technologies are, exactly which ones we use, why we use them, the legal basis for using them, and how you can control them. This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to provide aggregated reporting about how a site is used. "First-party" cookies are set by the site you are visiting; "third-party" cookies are set by another provider whose service is used on the site. "Session" cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while "persistent" cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. We also use related technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, pixels and web beacons, and server log files, which we refer to together with cookies as "cookies" in this Policy unless stated otherwise.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We keep our use of cookies deliberately limited and use only the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Essential for the Services to function and to be secure; they cannot be switched off in our systems. They include the cookie that maintains your session and keeps you signed in, the technology that supports Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection on state-changing requests, and security cookies set by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc. for bot management and protection against abuse. These do not require consent under applicable law.
- Analytics / performance cookies. Set by Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect aggregated, statistical information about how visitors use the Services so we can measure and improve the platform. These are non-essential.
- Functional / preference technologies. Browser storage that remembers your settings, filters, saved carriers or favorites, and similar preferences so the Services behave the way you expect.
What we do not use. We do not use advertising, targeting, or retargeting cookies; we do not serve third-party ads; we do not use social-media tracking pixels; and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Cookies We Use
The specific cookies we use are listed below. Cookie names, durations, and behavior may change as providers update their technologies; this table reflects our current implementation.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
LoadWrap (first-party) | Maintains your session, keeps you signed in, and underpins CSRF protection. Set with the Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Lax attributes. | Strictly necessary | Up to 7 days |
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare, Inc. | Bot management and distinguishing humans from automated traffic to protect the Services from abuse. | Strictly necessary (security) | About 30 minutes |
cf_clearance |
Cloudflare, Inc. | Stores the result of a security/anti-bot challenge so you are not repeatedly challenged. Set only where a challenge is presented. | Strictly necessary (security) | Up to 1 year |
_ga |
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguishes unique visitors to produce aggregated usage statistics. | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
_ga_QBNT7TKD65 |
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) | Maintains analytics session state for our specific Google Analytics property. | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
Older Google Analytics cookies such as
_gid and _gat may appear in some browsers; these are part of the same analytics service. If a provider sets an additional cookie not listed here, it will fall within the categories described in Section 2.4. Other Tracking Technologies
In addition to cookies, we use a small amount of browser local storage and session storage for functional purposes, for example, to remember saved carriers or favorites and to count free searches within your current browsing session. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab or browser. We also maintain server log files, which automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or web beacons.
5. Third-Party Cookies
The only third parties that may set or read cookies through the Services are Google LLC (Google Analytics, for aggregated usage analytics) and Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, security, and bot/DDoS protection). These providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review: Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not control these providers' cookies and are not responsible for their independent practices.
6. Why We Use Cookies
- To operate and secure the Services and protect against fraud and abuse;
- To keep you signed in and maintain your session and security tokens;
- To measure and analyze usage in aggregate so we can improve performance and features;
- To remember your preferences, filters, and saved carriers.
7. Your Choices, Consent, and Legal Basis
Legal basis. We use strictly necessary cookies because they are essential to provide the Services you request; under U.S. and EU/UK law these do not require your consent. For non-essential (analytics) cookies, we rely on notice and your choice to opt out where U.S. state privacy laws apply, and on your consent where the EU/UK ePrivacy rules or similar laws apply. The Services are directed to users in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; if you are in a jurisdiction that requires prior opt-in consent for non-essential cookies and you do not consent, you should disable analytics cookies using the controls below or refrain from using the Services.
Browser controls. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can control and delete cookies through your browser settings and set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Services, including sign-in, may not work. Cookie-based choices are specific to each browser and device, so you must set your preferences on each one you use.
Opt out of Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Opt-out preference signals (Global Privacy Control). Where required by applicable law, we recognize and honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not use advertising cookies, an opt-out preference signal does not change how we handle your information, but we will treat it as a valid opt-out where the law so requires. You may direct any cookie-related request or question to [email protected].
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.
