Is it free?
Yes - writing reviews is free today, and the goal is to keep it that way. If anything ever changes, it will be optional extras, not your right to be heard.
What happens to my documents?
A human uses them to confirm you are a real driver, and then they stay in protected storage with strictly limited access. They are never shared with anyone - not with companies, not with employers, not with third parties. We never store your full license number.
Can the company find out it was me?
Not unless you want them to. By default a review shows only your anonymous handle, your role and current or former status. If you would rather stand behind a review with your real name, you tick that choice when you write it - per review, always yours.
Can I write whatever I want?
Personal experience and facts, yes - that is the whole point. Name-calling, naming individuals and accusations of crimes do not pass moderation, because they would make every honest review on the platform easier to dismiss.
