LoadWrap is not a government agency
We are not FMCSA, not the DOT, and not the DMV. We publish public records; we cannot change them. The rules below are the same for every company we list.
Do not contact us about:
- Editing or removing your company profile. Profiles mirror federal public records. Corrections happen at the source, through FMCSA DataQs, not by phone or email. When the federal data changes, your profile follows automatically.
- Vehicle registration, plates, titles or renewals. We have no connection to any DMV and cannot register, renew or transfer anything. Contact the DMV in your state.
- Accidents and crash reports. We do not create, hold or edit crash records. To dispute one, file at FMCSA DataQs. For a copy of a report, contact the police department that responded.
- Raising your score or validation status. Both are calculated from the filings, not negotiated. Clean up the record and the score follows.
- Insurance and authority filings. We display them, we do not process them. Contact your insurer or FMCSA.
- Disputes with a company listed here. We are a data site, not a party to your load, payment or claim.
Removal requests require legal documentation
If you believe a record is displayed unlawfully, email [email protected] with documentation proving your legal right to removal: a court order, an FMCSA correction confirmation, or proof of mistaken identity. Requests without documentation will not be processed.
