I don't book on a good phone voice

Carrier I'd never used was real eager on a high-value load. Great rate, wanted the rate con signed about five minutes ago. I pulled him up before I sent anything. Authority was active, but the operation didn't look like anything he was telling me he ran. I gave the freight to somebody with a track record I could actually see. Maybe the first guy was fine. I'll never know, and that's kind of the point. I'm not putting a customer's load on a feeling.
