LoadWrap Mobile App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the LoadWrap mobile applications, LoadWrap TMS and LoadWrap Driver, operated by Accordion Investments LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications ("App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or log in, we collect:

• Email address
• Name
• Company information
• Phone number

Location Information

The App collects location data, including precise location from your device GPS and approximate location derived from your network connection. Location data is collected only after you grant location permission on your device, and it is used only for the freight features described below.

• Shipment and load tracking, so that the broker or dispatcher assigned to your load can see the current position of the shipment.
• Automatic arrival and departure detection at pickup and delivery locations.
• Estimated time of arrival, distance, and route information shown to you and to the parties on your load.
• Matching you with nearby available loads when you choose to search by your current position.

Location data is collected while the App is in use. In the LoadWrap Driver App, location may also be collected while the App is running in the background, and only while you are assigned to an active load, so that tracking is not interrupted while your phone screen is off. Background collection stops when the load is completed.

We do not sell location data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build any profile about you outside of the freight services described in this policy. Location records tied to a load are retained for up to 12 months for dispute, claim, and billing purposes, and are then deleted.

You can withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, load tracking and arrival detection will stop working, and the rest of the App will continue to function.

Device Information

We automatically collect certain device information:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• Push notification tokens

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the App:

• Features accessed
• Actions taken within the App
• Time spent in the App

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App functionality
• Authenticate your account
• Track shipments and confirm pickup and delivery events
• Send push notifications about loads, bids, and updates
• Improve our services
• Communicate with you about your account
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. Push Notifications

We send push notifications to alert you about:

• New bids on your loads
• Bid acceptance or rejection
• Load status updates
• Important messages from other users

You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Other users as necessary for the service, for example brokers and dispatchers see carrier information when reviewing bids, and see shipment location while a load is active
• Service providers who help us operate the App
• Law enforcement when required by law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure credential storage
• Regular security audits

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Location records tied to a load are retained for up to 12 months and are then deleted. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data, including location history, by writing to support@loadwrap.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw location permission
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Disable push notifications

8. Children Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
